Introduction

MintBerry helps conferences in Qatar and across the Gulf fill their seats and find their sponsors — part agency, part software. Its website had to say both at once: a team that runs the marketing, and a set of tools that runs the event. And beside it, a place where the events themselves can be found — by city, type, industry and date — and registered for.

MintBerry’s home page: the mobile app announced above “What is MintBerry?”.

The home page says what MintBerry is, then puts the question organisers ask — software, or staff? — and answers it: both.

Services and tools

What the team does, and what the software does, set out side by side.

Services for event organisers: sponsorship, branding, promotion and attendee growth.
Solutions for event organisers, on a phone.
Solutions for event organisers: event websites, registration and ticketing, abstract management, an agenda builder and analytics.

Four services — sponsorship, branding, promotion, attendee growth — beside the tools behind them: event websites with payments, registration and ticketing, abstract management, an agenda builder and live analytics.

Events, findable

Every upcoming event in one place — narrowed by city, type, industry, price and date.

A page for every event

Each event has a page of its own: the dates, the venue, and the way to register.

An event’s page: its banner and dates, with buttons to share, save to a calendar and go to registration.
Events grouped by when they happen, on a phone.
Explore events: filters down the side, and events grouped as closing soon and happening this week.

Events are grouped the way people look for them — closing soon, happening this week, popular, free to attend — and can be shared or saved to a calendar from their own page.

One home for the agency, its tools and the events.

From a first enquiry to event day: services to grow a conference, software to run it, a listing that brings its audience to the door — and a digital networking card for the people who meet there.
